Search for Winbox free credit and you land on a row of big headline numbers: a rescue bonus up to RM58,888, an angpao icon, a scratch prize up to RM2,888. Those offers are published, but almost none of them belong to the app on its own. They are run by the referrer or agent whose code was used when the account was opened, and they are claimed through that agent’s customer service or friend request.
That single detail decides whether a promotion exists for you at all. A bonus advertised on one Winbox site may be invisible inside your account, even though the app looks identical. This page sets out what each published offer asks for, which conditions matter, and why there is no unconditional free credit anywhere in the list.
Every Winbox account carries a referrer UID, entered at sign-up either by typing it or by scanning a QR code. That link puts your account under an upline, and the upline is the party that runs the promotional offers you see advertised alongside the brand.
In practice this means three things. The rescue bonus and the welcome bonus require registration under a specific referrer. Several offers require you to accept that agent’s friend request inside the app. Scratch codes and manual point transfers come from that agent’s customer service, not from a promotions tab.
So the promotion list is not a fixed menu. It is whatever the person who recruited you chooses to run, under whatever conditions they publish.
Before you continue
Ask the person who gave you your referrer code which bonuses apply to your account. If no one can tell you, assume none of them do.
If you are still deciding whose code to use, read first about how referrers and agents work, because the choice also affects who handles your bonus disputes later.
There is no published offer that hands you credit for nothing. Every item on the promotion list needs at least one of the following: an account under a referrer, a minimum top-up, accumulated turnover, or a manual verification step with an agent.
The nearest thing to an automatic reward is the chips rebate, credited daily at 5pm as a turnover rebate where 1 chip equals 1 MYR, which is money paid back on bets you already placed rather than free credit handed over in advance.
Treat any message promising free Winbox credit with no top-up and no turnover as what it is: bait for your UID, password or OTP. No legitimate bonus needs those.
| Promotion | What the rules say | Condition to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Rescue Bonus | Daily, calculated from the game with your highest turnover, headline up to RM58,888 as a ceiling, credited automatically once the turnover requirement is met, one claim per day | Betting is counted after 5pm the next day, and the account must sit under the agent running the offer |
| Welcome bonus | New account under the agent’s referrer, minimum top-up RM20, slot games only, turnover at least 1x the top-up, checked the following day | Maximum claim RM50 the next day, and real-name details must not duplicate another account |
| Lucky 7th Bonus | Rescue bonus turnover counted at 1.5x on the 7th, 17th and 27th, from 12pm to 11.59am the following day, slots only | Being on the agent’s friend list is required |
| Scratch and Win | Code issued by the agent’s customer service, headline up to RM2,888, screenshot the result and points are transferred after verification | Manual verification and manual transfer; passing the points on to another account is not allowed |
| Claim Angpao | A free angpao icon becomes available after registering with the agent’s referral UID | Tied to that referrer, so an account opened elsewhere will not see it |
| Extra Bonus | A separate companion app that tracks turnover milestones and pays rewards | Needs its own Extra Bonus account |
| Daily Live Lucky Draw | Draw at 7pm with phone and gold bar prizes | Needs an Extra Bonus account and a ticket |
| Lucky365 Championship | Monthly leaderboard for Lucky365 games, winners announced on the 1st, prizes sent between the 1st and the 5th of the month | Only Lucky365 turnover counts towards the board |
Read the right-hand column before the headline numbers. Three of these offers depend on a friend request or a manual transfer, which means a human being on the agent side has to act before you see anything credited.

The rescue bonus is the daily offer at the centre of the advertising, and its conditions are easy to misread. It does not add up your losses across the whole app. It looks at the single game where your turnover was highest that day, applies the published turnover condition, and pays once.
The timing matters just as much. Betting is counted after 5pm the next day, so a session tonight is assessed tomorrow, not immediately. One claim per day is allowed, and the credit appears automatically when the condition is met rather than through a claim button.
Stated
Rescue bonus up to RM58,888.
In practice
It is paid daily from the game with your highest turnover only, after that turnover is counted the following day, and only for accounts registered under the agent that runs the offer. The headline is a ceiling on the scheme, not an amount anyone should plan around.
On the 7th, 17th and 27th the same turnover is counted at 1.5x under the Lucky 7th rules, within a window running from 12pm to 11.59am the next day, and slots only.
The Winbox welcome bonus is a one-off new-account offer. The published conditions are a minimum top-up of RM20, play on slot games only, turnover of at least 1x the top-up, and a backend check the following day, with the claim capped at RM50 the next day. Real-name details must not duplicate another account.
Separately, real-name authentication carries its own first-recharge reward, available once per bank account bound to the authentication, with a minimum top-up of RM20. After authentication, only bank transfer top-ups qualify for it, not instant top-up or ATM cash deposits.
Both offers assume your deposit route and your name details are already in order, so sort out the withdrawal checks before you chase a bonus rather than after.

The angpao is the simplest of the group: an icon that becomes available once the account is registered with a particular referral UID. There is nothing to wager first, but there is also nothing to see if your account sits under a different code.
Scratch and Win runs on a code supplied by the agent’s customer service. You open the code, screenshot the result, and the points are transferred after verification. Because the transfer is manual, the agent is the only party who can confirm or deny the result, and the rules state the points may not be passed on to another account.
Extra Bonus is a different animal again. It is a separate companion app that tracks turnover milestones and pays rewards against them, with a Daily Live Lucky Draw at 7pm offering phone and gold bar prizes. A ticket and an Extra Bonus account are both required, so the rewards sit outside the main wallet.
This one is a leaderboard rather than a bonus. It runs monthly on Lucky365 games, with winners published on the 1st and prizes sent between the 1st and the 5th of the month. Only turnover generated in Lucky365 titles counts, so it rewards concentrated play in one provider rather than spreading stakes around the lobby.
The bonus terms published with these offers share a common set of conditions, and they are the ones that decide disputes:
That last pair is where bonus hunting and cashing out meet. A credited bonus is not a cleared balance, and the deposit behind it still has to be wagered before a withdrawal request is approved.
Promotions sit inside the app rather than on a web dashboard, so check your own account first, then ask your referrer’s customer service which of these offers is attached to it.
If you are new to the brand and still mapping out the wallet, the game sections and the 4D product, start with how the app is organised and come back to the bonus list once the basics are set up.
